Supervised Visitation Fees:

Intake fee:
An intake fee of $50.00 will be due for the intake process. $25.00 of this fee will be applied toward the first visit. If no visits are conducted, the fee will be forfeited. The fees for supervised visitation monitoring is $50.00 per hour for the first two children. There is a two hour minimum per visit. This fee also applies to move outs, exchanges, court appearances or any other misc. Services. There will be an additional charge of $5.00 per hour per child for families with more than two children. A $25.00 traveling fee may be due for cases where monitors will have to travel 25 miles or more.
Court appearances and disposition fees:
Monitors are considered professional and any appearance on any matter will be compensated as such. There is a four hour minimum, plus expenses, due in advance for any court appearances. A $25.00 minimum charged will apply for any telephone calls or interviews with therapists, psychiatrists, psychologist or any other professionals.
Checks, cash, money orders, Visa and/or Mastercharge are accepted. Checks or charge cards must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance. All payments are due before the visit begins.
Monitors are encourage not to drive due to liability factors. An additional fee will be due to any monitor that has to used their car as transportation. Custody exchanges are charged a minimum of $60.00 per exchange. Telephone monitoring is a minimum $45.00 per phone call.
